This Old House Revisited

This old house was last featured in a post from 2017. As seen in the first image, the home was then occupied. It is listed in the Historical Register as one of the oldest structures in Pacific Beach, and by law it must be preserved. Built in 1906, the house is up for sale at an asking price of one million dollars. The new owner will have to spend another fortune to restore its grandeur. Locals have always known it as “the Vic” (for Victorian), but it is designated an American Colonial.
